Lead Data Scientist

Job Summary

Working fully remote, the full-time Lead Data Scientist will perform advanced system simulation and optimization modeling to support the design of complex pharmaceutical and medical device supply chains, while developing algorithms and integrating data science solutions for business users.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced operations research models for supply chain optimization
• Develop and deploy supply chain optimization software solutions using Python, SQL, and Tableau
• Analyze and de-bottleneck supply chains using stochastic and statistical models

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, or a related field
• 4 years of experience in a Lead Data Scientist role or related occupation
• Experience with healthcare industry manufacturing and supply chain processes
• Proficiency in mathematical optimization and queueing theory
• Familiarity with graph databases, specifically Neo4j
