Job Summary

Owning the technical roadmap for ML and GenAI capabilities, the full-time Lead Data Scientist will architect and develop models for price optimization and demand forecasting while mentoring a distributed team of data scientists.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap for ML/AI models powering price optimization, demand forecasting, and promotion effectiveness
• Architect and lead the development of GenAI-powered agents in collaboration with engineering and product teams
• Set technical standards for model development and mentor a distributed team of data scientists

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data science or applied ML, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of shipping production ML models at scale
• Experience with models for price elasticity, demand forecasting, and promotion effectiveness in retail/CPG
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies
