Job Summary

Leading the development of advanced fraud analytics solutions, the fully remote Lead Data Scientist will oversee model development, quality control, and the delivery of analytic outputs to support the detection and prevention of fraud in federal benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of analytics projects focused on fraud detection and prevention
• Develop and implement analytic rules, risk models, and machine learning algorithms
• Manage model testing, validation, and quality control to ensure reliable analytic outputs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in developing analytic rules and models for fraud detection
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in managing model development and conducting quality control
• Proficiency in coding analytic rules using open-source programming languages
• Experience in tracking project progress and identifying project risks
• Strong background in developing innovative fraud detection use cases
