Job Summary

Leading data science and machine learning initiatives, the full-time salaried Lead Data Scientist will provide architectural guidance, technical direction, and mentorship while driving innovation and business value in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and advance the organization's AI, machine learning, and data science strategy
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Data Science team across multiple initiatives
• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise AI systems and advanced machine learning models

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT Management, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Seven or more years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Analytics
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, statistical modeling, and AI solution architecture
• Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern AI/ML frameworks
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale AI initiatives and mentor technical teams
