Job Summary

Leading complex data science initiatives, the full-time Lead Data Scientist will work remotely to design, build, and deploy models that enhance user engagement and business impact through advanced machine learning and AI techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Lead data science projects focused on audience decisioning, marketing analytics, and pharma direct measurement
• Derive insights from large datasets to improve understanding of user identity and the customer journey
• Develop and implement predictive models and measurement capabilities to optimize marketing and content strategies

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related quantitative field with a focus on audience modeling and marketing analytics
• Proven technical leadership and experience influencing business strategy through advanced analytical approaches
• An undergraduate degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science
• Deep understanding of machine learning, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics
• Expertise in Python and familiarity with data science libraries and cloud platforms
