Lead Data Scientist

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Lead Data Scientist for a remote, full-time position, who will build predictive models, implement Generative AI features, and architect data-driven solutions for a compliance management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deploy Generative AI features and design agentic AI systems for compliance workflows
• Implement LLM evaluation frameworks and develop end-to-end MLOps pipelines for model management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into ML solutions and communicate insights to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in data science, ML engineering, or related roles
• 3+ years experience building NLP/generative AI applications and implementing MLOps in production
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (PhD preferred)
• Production-level experience with Python and advanced proficiency in SQL
• Strong foundation in machine learning, NLP, and experience with Generative AI and LLMs
