Job Summary
To support the Life business, the full-time Lead Data Steward will manage data governance initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and reliability while collaborating with business and IT teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead business analysis efforts to resolve production issues and data discrepancies as a subject matter expert
- Drive the data delivery strategy across agile teams, contributing to data roadmaps and solutions for informed decision-making
- Champion continuous improvement by enhancing data quality, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- 5 - 7+ years of relevant business analysis experience
- Strong SQL skills applied across various platforms
- Demonstrated understanding of cloud services and concepts
- Proven project management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects under pressure
