Lead Data Strategist

Job Summary

Driving the data strategy for the network organization, the full-time Lead Network Data Strategist will manage data-driven initiatives, partner with the Chief Network Officer, and oversee the development of actionable insights and reporting solutions in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the overall data strategy for the network team to align with business growth and revenue objectives
• Translate high-level business questions into meaningful data strategies, dashboards, and reporting solutions
• Support network operations and optimization teams with actionable insights to drive adoption and revenue growth

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, Finance, or a related field
• Strong technical expertise in SQL, Power BI, and Python for data analysis
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, preferably using Microsoft Fabric
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and developing team members
• Experience in payments, insurance, or network-driven business models preferred
