Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Database Engineer (Mongo) for a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead complex database management initiatives involving multiple disciplines and business groups
Provide technical expertise in database architecture, design, integration, and data modeling
Consult with client groups to provide strategic solutions and influence database architecture strategies

Required Qualifications:

Experience with MongoDB Ops Manager environment and supporting MongoDB databases
Knowledge of implementing Kerberos and/or LDAP authorization, supporting MongoDB Shards, and backup/restore processes
Proficiency in Pearl and/or Java scripting
Experience with database installations, migrations, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
Ability to collaborate with peers and provide technical leadership in database technology
