Lead DataStage Administrator
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead DataStage Platform Administrator to support the transition, stabilization, and ongoing operation of a large-scale enterprise data processing and analytics platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead administration of the IBM InfoSphere DataStage platform, including installation, configuration, and management
- Analyze and optimize DataStage job performance, troubleshooting ETL bottlenecks and performance issues
- Administer enterprise job orchestration tools and monitor batch execution for ETL workloads
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience administering IBM InfoSphere DataStage platforms
- Expertise in DataStage installation, configuration, and administration
- Experience with software installations, patches, and upgrades for InfoSphere DataStage in RHEL, Linux/Unix environments
- Strong experience managing large-scale ETL batch processing environments
- Experience with enterprise relational databases such as DB2 and Linux-based data platforms
