Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Dealer Services Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor reports and files to ensure successful transaction postings and coordinate settlements
• Process dividends, run commission payment jobs, and support broker dealer inquiries
• Mentor associates and manage relationships with broker dealers regarding operational issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• 2-4 years of mutual fund industry experience
• Knowledge of shareholder recordkeeping systems and mutual fund Transfer Agent Operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Equivalent education, experience, and knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered
