Job Summary

Lead Delivery Engineer, an experienced professional responsible for mentoring a development team and ensuring technical excellence in delivering features for a warehouse management system, working full-time in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Architecture teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Guide backlog refinement and ensure code quality through reviews and technical standards

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with proven leadership or mentoring capabilities
• 3+ years of experience working with warehouse management systems or similar industrial systems
• Proficiency with Java and the JVM ecosystem
• Strong database experience, including design, optimization, and performance tuning
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD practices
