Lead Delivery Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing delivery management practice, the full-time Lead Delivery Manager will define team structures, lead planning and estimation, and ensure successful delivery of complex digital products while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement team structures and engagement processes for client projects
• Lead planning, estimation, and execution of digital product deliveries, ensuring alignment with business and user needs
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, navigating ambiguity to identify opportunities

• Proven expertise in agile project management methodologies
• Experience in risk mitigation and managing project scope changes effectively
• Strong background in product management and guiding products from concept to delivery
