Lead Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Driving end-to-end planning and execution, the full-time Lead Delivery Manager will manage partner implementations and enhancements, coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining alignment with bank partners in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the planning and execution of Bank Pro implementations, managing scope, schedule, dependencies, and risk
• Coordinate across engineering, product, and implementation teams to achieve shared milestones and remove blockers
• Act as a trusted partner to bank stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring alignment on go-live goals

Required qualifications

• U.S.-based with the ability for domestic and international travel as needed
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8-12 years of project or program management experience in technology initiatives, preferably in financial services or fintech
• Strong command of project management methodologies and tools, including Agile and Scrum
• Working knowledge of bank connectivity and technology integrations
