Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Demand Planner (Remote) to manage and improve the accuracy of the demand plan for their Specialty business in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and maintain a demand plan for the Specialty business
Improve demand plan accuracy and bias through root cause analysis
Support monthly business planning and new product launches

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years of experience in forecasting/planning or related field
Management experience in demand or supply planning
Proficient in Excel and MS Office suite
Knowledge of planning tools such as SAP, BW, Power BI, Oracle (beneficial)
