Lead Demand Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Demand Planner.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly regional demand planning cycle, ensuring forecast accuracy and alignment with business strategy
• Represent the region in IBP meetings, presenting key forecast drivers and ensuring alignment with revenue targets
• Utilize advanced analytics and demand planning systems to improve forecast accuracy and manage regional demand dynamics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Economics, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 5-8+ years of demand planning, forecasting, or S&OP experience
• Proven expertise in forecasting tools (e.g., SAP, IBP, o9, Kinaxis, Anaplan)
• Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting complex datasets
• Experience in the Medical Device industry is preferred
