Lead Demand Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Demand Planner to support sales and commercial customers by developing and optimizing demand plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly regional demand planning cycle and maintain long-term forecasts
• Represent the region in IBP meetings and present key forecast drivers to stakeholders
• Utilize advanced analytics to improve forecast accuracy and support cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Economics, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of demand planning, forecasting, or S&OP experience in a regulated industry
• 5+ years of experience improving forecast accuracy and influencing cross-functional decisions
• Experience with advanced planning systems and statistical models
• Strong commercial insight and market acumen within the medical device industry preferred
