Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Deployment Engineer to oversee enterprise-scale SaaS implementations and ensure client delivery success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead 8-12 enterprise deployments quarterly, managing quality, timelines, and outcomes
• Define and manage end-to-end implementation strategies, including complex integrations and stakeholder alignment
• Optimize deployment frameworks by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in deployment, implementation, solutions engineering, or systems architecture (SaaS/enterprise software)
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations, including API, SDK, and cloud integrations
• Deep technical skills with the ability to engage engineering and translate business needs into solutions
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence through process, automation, and tooling
• Strong understanding of deployment's commercial impact on revenue and retention
