Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Design Technologist to drive design initiatives for Confluence Mobile and AI teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the design of innovative experiences for Confluence, focusing on AI and mobile-first collaboration
• Build advanced interactive prototypes using Figma and JavaScript frameworks, particularly React
• Collaborate with engineers to clarify technical requirements and ensure smooth design-to-development handoff

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in design technology, prototyping, and front-end development
• Expertise in React, JavaScript frameworks, and modern prototyping tools like Figma
• Ability to bridge design and engineering in evolving technology environments
• Interest or experience in AI/ML, motion, accessibility, and emerging UI frameworks is a plus
• Track record of improving design processes to enhance team impact and product adoption
