Required qualifications
- 7+ years experience leading a high-performing design or design technology craft domain
- Fluent with the latest AI product building workflows and fundamentals
- Strong skills in front-end engineering concepts, prototyping, and AI tools
- Experience mentoring and coaching others
- Familiarity with AI/ML, motion, and accessibility in design
