Lead Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Lead Designer to work remotely, who will design and develop innovative user interface tools that empower developers and elevate existing projects while collaborating closely with a small team.

Key responsibilities:

• Designing new UI tools and enhancing existing products, including e-commerce components and documentation websites
• Collaborating with team members using Figma and other tools to iterate on design concepts and resolve challenges
• Contributing to the strategic development of themes and starter kits, focusing on user experience and customization options

Required qualifications:

• Expert-level skills in user interface and visual design
• Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar front-end frameworks
• Strong written communication skills for effective asynchronous collaboration
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and challenges
• Complementary skills in illustration, 3D modeling, animation, or video content production are a plus
