Lead Designer

Job Summary

To support impactful health initiatives, the temporary Lead Designer will work remotely during Eastern Time Zone hours, leading creative direction and design execution for various projects while mentoring designers and ensuring brand consistency across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative direction and design execution for assigned projects from concept through final delivery
• Conceptualize and oversee the production of creative solutions across print, web, and rich media
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet business requirements and adhere to brand guidelines

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design for print and digital
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Figma for design systems and digital layout design
• 2+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects
• Strong creative portfolio showcasing print and digital work
