Lead Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a talented Lead Designer for a full-time remote position who will manage design across landing pages, ecommerce site experiences, and brand campaigns while leading a high-performing design function in collaboration with various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design efforts across key customer touchpoints including landing pages and ecommerce sites
• Maintain hands-on involvement from concept to execution, ensuring brand consistency and conversion optimization
• Build scalable design systems and manage both internal designers and external creative partners

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of multidisciplinary design experience in high-growth DTC, ecommerce, or consumer brands
• A strong portfolio showcasing landing pages, ecommerce experiences, and brand campaigns
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including responsive design and scalable design systems
• Deep understanding of ecommerce UX/UI and mobile-first design principles
• Experience in leading and developing design teams while remaining hands-on in the design process
