Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Designer (Visual and Brand) to lead and execute creative for their Growth Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design direction and concepting for growth marketing campaigns and digital experiences
• Design responsive assets across web, mobile, in-app UX/UI, landing pages, and hero moments
• Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, and content teams while providing feedback and guidance to designers

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a hands-on Lead Designer, preferably for a large brand or streaming service
• Expert-level skills in Figma and strong responsive design capabilities
• Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with a small design team
• Experience with landing pages, hero creative, UX/UI, and growth-focused design
• Comfortable working flexible hours and committed to long-term team growth
