Lead Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Developer to support the sustainment, modernization, and enhancement of enterprise applications in a mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end system operations, including incident resolution and security patching
• Stabilize and evolve existing software platforms while enabling integration into broader enterprise workflows
• Collaborate with systems engineers, cybersecurity professionals, and Agile development teams

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or High School Degree + 6 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development, focusing on application sustainment and technical troubleshooting
• Experience working with legacy systems and proficiency in scripting and back-end languages such as Java, C#, or Python
• Familiarity with traditional relational databases and ability to respond to production incidents
