Lead Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Developer to oversee complex financial application projects and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of scalable solutions for complex financial business processes
• Guide quality assurance on new code and provide hands-on support to peers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project standards and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 7+ years as a lead developer or development manager
• 5+ years of experience with development technologies such as COBOL, CA Gen, Classic ASP, and relational databases
• Experience in developing software systems for complex financial processes
• Knowledge of DB2 for z/OS or Oracle databases, including SQL proficiency
