Lead Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Developer to design, develop, and implement software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement software components based on functional specifications
• Document, unit-test, and prepare components for integration into the final product
• Provide work estimates and guide the development of features and technologies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a software engineer on complex projects
• Strong coding skills in languages such as Java, Python, or .Net
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, XML/JSON, and RESTful web services
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, containers (Docker & Kubernetes), and messaging queues
• Deep understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
