Lead Developer
Job Summary
To support complex business processes, the full-time Lead Developer will design, develop, test, and deploy secure, scalable applications while collaborating in an Agile/Scrum environment, with the option to work remotely, hybrid, or onsite.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust application solutions based on business requirements
- Interpret user stories into technical specifications and enhance existing applications for performance and stability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software and contribute to architectural decisions
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of application development experience with proficiency in at least one programming language
- Knowledge of the Microsoft .Net framework and associated technologies
- Familiarity with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and database concepts
- Ability to utilize versioning tools and stay informed on emerging technologies
