Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Developer - Digital Experience.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, design, and develop new UI applications and migrate existing applications to a new technical stack
Lead and mentor a team of developers, promoting collaboration and innovation
Implement best practices in Test-Driven Development, CI/CD, and agile methodologies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience with Java Spring Boot, Oracle, React, Angular, Bootstrap, and Material UI
Proven experience leading a small agile team of developers
Strong background in building and maintaining scalable UI applications
Deep understanding of TDD, pair programming, and code review best practices
