Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• A minimum of 15 years of software development experience, with offsets for relevant education and experience
• Experience with SOA development using SOAP and REST, and mobile application development
• Proficiency in Microsoft .NET Technology Stack and relational database design
• ITIL Foundations certification required within 6 months for Information Technology Division caregivers
