Lead Developer for Contact Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Developer - Contact Management Applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of applications integrating IVR, OCR, and text messaging functionalities
• Mentor a team of developers and foster a collaborative work environment
• Implement best practices in software development, including TDD and CI/CD methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years' experience in Java, Spring Boot, JPA, and Oracle
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs and Agile methodologies
• Experience with IVR, interactive text messaging, and OCR solutions
