Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Developer for Healthcare SaaS.

Key Responsibilities

Own code quality by reviewing pull requests, enforcing coding standards, and tracking code quality metrics
Guard the architecture by ensuring technical designs are followed and reviewing database and API changes
Drive delivery discipline by managing vendor commitments, flagging risks, and validating milestone deliverables

Required Qualifications

8+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a technical lead or architect role
Strong experience in modern web application architecture and full-stack development
Experience managing or governing offshore vendor development output
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS)
Experience with engineering analytics tools such as SonarQube or similar
