Lead Developer - IBM Sterling

Job Summary

To enhance enterprise order management capabilities, the full-time Lead Developer - IBM Sterling will design, develop, and configure solutions within IBM Sterling Order Management on Cloud (OMoC) v10.xx, collaborating with project management and vendor teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and enhance solutions within IBM Sterling OMS, focusing on order orchestration and inventory management
• Develop and customize components to meet business requirements and manage environments using Sterling Application Manager
• Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless communication between OMS, e-commerce, and ERP systems

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Order Management on Cloud (OMoC) v10.xx
• Proficiency in using Self Service tools for deployment and system monitoring
• Strong experience with Sterling Application Manager for environment management
• Hands-on experience with Sterling Business Center, Order Hub, and fulfillment operations
• Ability to integrate OMS with e-commerce and ERP platforms using middleware solutions like Oracle Integration Cloud
