Job Summary

Driving innovative contact center solutions, the hybrid Lead Developer IV will architect enterprise integration solutions, lead cloud migration initiatives, and mentor a talented team in a dynamic Agile/Scrum environment based in Chicago.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise integration solutions leveraging APIs, middleware, and cloud-native services
• Architect data flows and integrations between contact center platforms, workforce management systems, and analytics platforms
• Lead cloud migration and modernization projects for operational applications and reporting platforms

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of senior-level experience in web application and integration development
• Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JS frameworks (jQuery, Angular, Ember)
• Proficiency with REST APIs, AJAX, XML, JSON, and MVC frameworks
• Experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native architecture
