Job Summary

Lead Developer - Microsoft Teams, a full-time position requiring experienced candidates to lead the design and development of Microsoft Teams applications and Azure backend services, ensuring production readiness and driving Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design and development of solutions across Teams and Azure
• Develop Microsoft Teams applications using SPFx / React and manage Azure Functions-based APIs
• Ensure production readiness including performance, security, and deployment

Required Qualifications:

• Strong experience in .NET Core / C# backend development
• Hands-on experience with React and SPFx
• Expertise in Microsoft Teams App Development and Microsoft Azure services
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API integration and REST APIs
• 7-12 years of software development experience with leadership in small teams
