Lead Developer (Rust/C)

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agent Lead Developer (Rust/C & AI Orchestration).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical authority for the Agent, ensuring safety and performance
• Lead the modernization of legacy C codebases into idiomatic Rust
• Define and implement AI-assisted development workflows and mentor engineers

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in systems programming (C/C++)
• Strong, production-level experience with Rust, especially in concurrent systems
• Deep understanding of low-level systems concepts: concurrency, networking, IPC
• Hands-on experience integrating AI coding tools into development workflows
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD systems and cross-platform build environments
