Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers, providing guidance and support
• Drive the adoption of DevOps principles and best practices across the organization
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and containerized application deployments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, software development, or system administration
• Extensive hands-on experience with containerization, CI/CD tools, and Infrastructure as Code
• Deep understanding of DevOps principles and practices
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools
