Lead DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

Lead DevOps Engineer, responsible for owning and evolving cloud infrastructure, CI/CD platforms, and compliance posture in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the SRE practice, including on-call rotation and observability dashboards
• Oversee the migration of production workloads to an isolated AWS account with zero downtime
• Implement technical controls for SOC 2 Type I audit readiness and maintain Terraform module libraries

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of production experience with AWS and Terraform
• Hands-on experience in building SRE functions and CI/CD pipeline ownership
• Experience with multi-site companies utilizing PaaS or microservices
• Familiarity with SRE tooling such as OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and PagerDuty
• Ability to manage cost reporting and budget anomaly detection
