Lead DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

Lead DevOps Engineer, responsible for owning and evolving cloud infrastructure, CI/CD platforms, and compliance posture in a full-time role with a salary range of $160,000 to $190,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the SRE practice, including on-call rotations and observability dashboards
• Oversee the migration of production workloads to an isolated AWS multi-account setup
• Deliver infrastructure evidence for SOC 2 Type I audits and implement automated deployment rollbacks

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of production experience with AWS infrastructure and deep expertise in Terraform
• Experience in building the SRE function from scratch with complete ownership
• Proficient in CI/CD pipeline management and tools like OpenTelemetry and Grafana
• Hands-on experience with PagerDuty and establishing on-call rotations
• Experience in a multi-site company utilizing PaaS or microservices
