Lead DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

Lead DevOps Engineer, responsible for owning and evolving cloud infrastructure and CI/CD platform in a full-time role, while building the SRE function from scratch to enhance reliability and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish the SRE practice, including on-call rotation and observability dashboards
• Manage the AWS multi-account migration with zero unplanned downtime
• Deliver SOC 2 Type I audit-ready infrastructure evidence package and implement automated deployment rollback

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of production AWS infrastructure experience with deep Terraform expertise
• Hands-on experience building the SRE function from the ground up
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline ownership and PaaS or microservices in a multi-site company
• Familiarity with SRE tooling such as OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and PagerDuty
• Proven ability to manage technical controls for compliance audits
