Lead DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

Lead DevOps Engineer, responsible for owning and evolving cloud infrastructure, CI/CD platform, and compliance posture in a full-time salaried role.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the SRE practice, including on-call rotation and observability dashboards
• Oversee the AWS multi-account migration with zero unplanned downtime
• Implement technical controls for SOC 2 Type I audit readiness and maintain Terraform module library

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of production AWS infrastructure experience with deep Terraform expertise
• Hands-on experience building the SRE function from scratch
• Experience with multi-site companies utilizing PaaS or microservices
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline ownership and SRE tooling (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, PagerDuty)
• Experience with incident management and on-call rotation setup
