Lead DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

Lead DevOps Engineer, responsible for evolving cloud infrastructure and CI/CD platforms while building the SRE function from the ground up, in a full-time salaried position.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the SRE practice, including on-call rotations and observability dashboards
• Oversee the AWS multi-account migration with zero unplanned downtime
• Implement and maintain automated deployment rollback processes and monthly cost reporting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of production AWS infrastructure experience with deep Terraform expertise
• Hands-on experience building the SRE function from scratch
• Experience with multi-site companies utilizing PaaS or microservices
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline ownership
• Experience with PagerDuty and on-call rotation management
