Lead DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

Lead DevOps Engineer, responsible for owning and evolving cloud infrastructure, CI/CD platforms, and building the SRE function from scratch in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish the SRE practice, including on-call rotations and observability dashboards
• Complete AWS multi-account migration with zero unplanned downtime
• Deliver SOC 2 Type I audit-ready infrastructure evidence package and manage Terraform module library

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of production experience with AWS and Terraform
• Hands-on experience in building the SRE function from scratch
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline ownership and SRE tooling
• Knowledge of multi-site company operations with PaaS or microservices
• Experience with PagerDuty and on-call rotations
