Lead DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

Lead DevOps Engineer, responsible for owning and evolving cloud infrastructure, CI/CD platforms, and building the SRE function from scratch in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish the SRE practice, including on-call rotation and observability dashboards
• Complete AWS multi-account migration with zero unplanned downtime
• Deliver SOC 2 Type I audit-ready infrastructure evidence package

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of production AWS infrastructure experience
• Deep expertise in Terraform and CI/CD pipeline ownership
• Hands-on experience building the SRE function from scratch
• Experience with multi-site companies utilizing PaaS or microservices
• Familiarity with SRE tooling such as OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and PagerDuty
