Lead DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
Lead DevOps Engineer, responsible for owning and evolving cloud infrastructure, CI/CD platform, and building the SRE function from scratch in a full-time, salaried position.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage the SRE practice including on-call rotation and observability dashboards
- Complete AWS multi-account migration with zero unplanned downtime
- Implement automated deployment rollback and deliver SOC 2 Type I audit-ready infrastructure evidence package
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of production AWS infrastructure experience with deep Terraform expertise
- Hands-on experience building the SRE function from scratch
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline ownership
- Familiarity with SRE tooling such as OpenTelemetry and Grafana
- Experience in a multi-site company utilizing PaaS or microservices
