Lead DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

Lead DevOps Engineer, responsible for owning and evolving cloud infrastructure and CI/CD platforms in a full-time, salaried position with a focus on building the SRE function and ensuring reliability and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the SRE practice, including on-call rotations and observability dashboards
• Complete the migration of production workloads to an isolated AWS account with zero downtime
• Implement automated deployment rollback processes and provide monthly cost reporting to leadership

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of production experience with AWS and Terraform
• Hands-on experience in building SRE functions from the ground up
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline ownership and SRE tooling in a production environment
• Familiarity with multi-site company operations involving PaaS or microservices
• Experience with PagerDuty and configuring on-call rotations
