Lead DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

Lead DevOps Engineer, responsible for owning and evolving cloud infrastructure and CI/CD platforms in a full-time role with a focus on building the SRE function from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the SRE practice, including on-call rotations and observability dashboards
• Complete the AWS multi-account migration with zero unplanned downtime
• Implement automated deployment rollback and deliver monthly cost reporting to leadership

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of production AWS infrastructure experience with deep Terraform expertise
• Hands-on experience building the SRE function from scratch
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline ownership in previous roles
• Familiarity with SRE tooling such as OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and PagerDuty
• Experience in a multi-site company utilizing PaaS or microservices
