Lead DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

Lead DevOps Engineer, responsible for owning and evolving cloud infrastructure, CI/CD platforms, and building the SRE function from scratch in a full-time, salaried position.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the SRE practice, including on-call rotations and observability dashboards
• Complete AWS multi-account migration with zero unplanned downtime
• Deliver SOC 2 Type I audit-ready infrastructure evidence package and implement automated deployment rollback

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of production AWS infrastructure experience with deep Terraform expertise
• Hands-on experience building the SRE function from scratch
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline ownership and multi-site companies
• Familiarity with SRE tooling such as OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and PagerDuty
• Ability to manage technical controls for compliance audits
