Lead DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

Transforming infrastructure into a scalable, self-service platform, the full-time Lead DevOps Engineer will architect a secure foundation using AWS and GCP, manage Terraform environments, and enable non-engineering teams to deploy applications safely in a hybrid work setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Standardize and organize infrastructure using Terraform for a fully versioned and modular environment
• Architect and implement access control models to ensure appropriate resource access as the organization scales
• Design tools that empower non-engineering departments to build and manage applications within secure environments

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience with AWS and Google Cloud platforms, particularly in ECS and IAM
• Extensive knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices, specifically with Terraform
• Deep understanding of security protocols including IAM and OAuth in multi-cloud environments
• Experience integrating CI/CD best practices into software development life cycles
• Strong collaborative skills to engage with diverse teams including developers and business stakeholders
