Lead DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

Driving the delivery and reliability of Guidewire insurance platforms, the full-time Lead DevOps Engineer will manage CI/CD pipelines, automate processes, and enhance infrastructure while collaborating with engineering and business teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Streamline the software development lifecycle to improve developer productivity and code quality through automation
• Own and maintain the lifecycle management of Jenkins, ensuring pipeline stability and performance
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using tools such as Terraform and Ansible while enhancing monitoring and reliability engineering

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience with deployment/configuration in Jenkins and network infrastructure
• 5+ years of hands-on full SDLC software development experience, preferably in Java
• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and SQL
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipeline design and automation practices
